Use this form to raise a concern involving the National Director or Staff, a member of the Christian Surfers New Zealand Board, or board-related conduct, decisions or processes. Your submission will be sent to the Chairperson or another nominated person who is not involved in the matter. You may submit the form anonymously, although this may limit our ability to follow up or update you on the outcome.
