General complaint or safety concern
Use this form to raise a concern about a Christian Surfers event, local mission, staff member, volunteer, leader, participant or the National Director. Your submission will be sent to the Chair of the Christian Surfers New Zealand Board and handled as privately as reasonably possible. You may submit the form anonymously, although this may limit our ability to follow up or update you on the outcome.
If someone is in immediate danger, please call 111. If you provide contact details, we will acknowledge your submission within three working days. Urgent concerns will be reviewed as soon as possible. Some matters may take longer to assess, but we will keep you informed about the process and expected timeframe.
